Fair Organics Shipping Policy

At Fair Organics, every order we send out is prepared with care, love, and a little extra attention—just like we would for family!
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but please know that we are a small, family-run business with three children at home. While we work diligently to fulfill every order, occasional delays may happen, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Each package is carefully prepared to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on the method chosen and your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Usually 3-7 business days

  • International Orders: Usually 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates. Shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the delivery method, and your location.
Any applicable taxes or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
